The HSE Needle Exchange service in Dublin 15 provides injecting and smoking equipment and harm reduction information. It runs Mondays and Fridays from 10am to12am at 37a Coolmine Industrial Estate. For more information contact 086 6057205.

Treatment and Recovery covers the services we provide such as one-to-one and group counselling, day programmes, evening programmes, recovery cafes aimed at supporting people to manage, minimise, reduce or eliminate drug and alcohol in their lives.

The BLDATF seeks to prevent children from developing harmful drug and alcohol use by supporting school achievement. We do this by facilitating access to educational assessments, therapies and programmes.

Dublin 15 Family Support provides a consistent coordinated approach to family support in the area. We do this by working collaboratively with other organisations and stakeholders working with family members affected by substance misuse, which include:

The BLDATF works to promote safer happier communities in Dublin 15 and to minimise the harms caused by drugs and alcohol associated with criminal activity.

The BLDATF is funded under the National Drug Strategy, Reducing Harm, Supporting Recovery, by the Department of Health and the Department of Justice, and through the Health Service Executive, the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board, and Fingal County Council.
